the members and supporters excellent bush ballad and variety traditional
style shows at the “Balladeers Homestead”.
The Salvation Army Complex Function Hall, 328 Goonoo Goonoo Road,
Tamworth becomes the "Balladeers Homestead" venue during
the Tamworth Country Music Festival with The Australian Bush Balladeers
Assocation hosting and presenting Shows/Concerts/Showcases and independent
traditional artists concerts at the hall.

officially the Showcase applications closed 15th of October, if there
are still spots available on them, or even if they are full, please
put your name forward. Artists do drop out accasionally closer to
the festival, and if you are on the list, and spaces come available
we will contact you.
Also if you are included on a Showcase and unable to attend please

Independent Concerts at the Balladeers Homestead are usually cash
only, unless their door person happens to have a Square account for
their show, or they have a trybooking.com link set up in their show

But overall, it is best to be prepared for cash only ticket purchase
at independant concerts to avoid inconvenience.

Peter
Coad & The Coad Sisters are one of the few fulltime
bands in music still touring Australia today.
With their own unique story teller songs that fit into the Bush Ballad
to Contemporary Country category, Peter, Lynette and Virginia are
much awarded songwriters, multi talented instrumentalists, and long
time recording artists.
From the Birdsville Races to the Sydney Opera House, they have performed
at nearly all mainland Country Music Festivals and Events over their
career as a trio, along with their own Concert Tours around Australia.
Peter Coad & The Coad Sisters continue to release new music each
year, and will be performing their latest releases as well as well
known favourites from earlier albums, plus singalongs and humour.
Peter
sets include his latest singles:
Dead Man's Hill, 1942, and Kidman's Men, Two Old Bushmen, along
with old favourites like Kid On The Kangaroo, Fred The Trucking Duck,
The Old Saddle, Shade of Castle Rock, If Only I was Young (I'd Go
back), and so many more from his many albums.
